Welcome to Brondesbury College |
The Prophet Muhammad (Sallalahu alahi wassalam) said: "The attainment of knowledge is a must for every muslim”
At Brondesbury College we aim to provide the best education in a secure Islamic environment. We aspire to the fulfilment of every students potential, and our team of qualified and committed staff are dedicated to the Islamic and academic growth of every child. At Brondesbury College we succeed in combining the English National Curriculum with an Islamic Ethos, we have consistently high results at both Keystage 3 and at GCSE, and the number of students leaving the College with 5 A* to C grades is 100%.
We recently received glowing praise from Ofsted who judged us to be a very good school with some outstanding features, we are constantly looking to improve, not just student results but the subject delivery as well. In addition to academic success, we also run a programme of Islamic Life Skills which will enable each student to develop leadership skills and better prepare them for living in Western society as a Muslim.

In May 2009 Brondesbury College recieved an official HMS Ofsted Inspection. Overall the results were very positive with a clear indication of areas which we intent to improve. The Science, Mathematics and Arabic Departments were formally recognised as outstanding and we are especially pleased that Science, which was one of our weaker subjects, is now at the front of academic development at Brondesbury College. "The school provides a good education for it pupils who achieve very high standards. Examinations results are well above the national average. Pupils make outstanding progress in the very key areas of English, Mathematics and Science." "The strong curriculum combined with good teaching in History and Religious Education including Islamic Studies and Philiosophy and Ethics ensures that students have a fuller understanding of British Society and their roles in it." |
